Eastern Claims has grown substantially from those early days when my father and mother worked long hours to nurture their fledging company. While the industry has changed considerably, some things remain the same. It is gratifying to be a part of an organization that has stayed true to its founding principle: the pledge of prompt, courteous and professional service has remained the cornerstone of the company for over four decades.
The long-term relationships enjoyed with many insurance companies, both large and small, are a testimony to Eastern Claims' ongoing adherence to this service-oriented philosophy. I look forward to continuing to serve this tradition.
